Wild Kauai Chocolate is a labor of love, created by three committed partners determined to teach the world about the delights of making single origin bean to bar chocolate. Everything we do is designed to give you (our friends and clients) hands on experience in the wonderful world of chocolate making.
We offer:
- Free Chocolate Tastings available anytime during shop hours from 12–3 pm Tuesday–Friday
- 4-Day or 8-Day Chocolate School available from 9–4 pm Tuesday–Friday (customized dates available)
- Build a Bar Workshops at 9:30–11 am Tuesday–Saturday mornings & 3-4:30 pm Thursdays and Saturdays
- Chocolate + Adventure Retreats in Kauai, The Galapagos & beyond
