We’re delighted to announce that our KIDS CHOCOLATE SCHOOL program is now open for registration! And, this year, we are opening up two sessions.
Session One of the Kids Chocolate School runs for two hours daily (9 am-11 am) on Monday, June 28 to Thursday, July 1, 2021 and will include tons of hands on bean-to-bar chocolate making fun and education.
Session Two runs for two hours daily (3-5 pm) on Tuesday, July 6 to Friday, July 9, 2021 with the same hands-on learning experiences.
Choose either session.
This program is intended for kids ages 11-16 and includes all curriculum, hand outs (and plenty of take home chocolate). Cost is $249 regular price, or $199 for kids who are Kauai residents (Kamaaina).
During each session, your child will learn about roasting, winnowing, and tempering chocolate with instruction by our certified chocolate maker.
