Introducing our Limited Batch Bar.
What is it? Think of the Limited Batch Bar as our new Flavor of the Month Chocolate Bar. Each month, we will change the recipe for the Limited Batch. One month, you may get our signature 70% two-ingredient dark chocolate with sea salt. Next month, our 70% chocolate may have locally sourced apple bananas from a Kauai farm. The following Limited Batch Bar might have candied ginger, or cranberries, or peppermint and blueberries, or … The list is endless.
Wild Kauai Chocolate is ready to experiment with the Limited Batch Bar. Ingredients will often feature island ingredients from local farmers. We want to provide the add-ins that many of you try during our Build a Bar Workshops.
As its name implies, the Limited Batch Bar will be sold for a limited time, and in small batch quantities. So grab it up quickly, because we know the Limited Batch Bar will sell out each month.

We will sell the bar online, at Farmer’s Markets, and in our retail kitchen location at 4-369 Kuhio Highway, Suite 101, Kapaa, next to Street Burger.
Our First Limited Batch Bar will be introduced Friday, October 1, 2021.
