We are currently in the process of securing our kitchen/factory site on the island of Kauai.We’ve also been shipping our equipment to Kauai along with tons of cacao bean samples from around the globe.
During this search time, we are meeting new friends in the chocolate industry and continuing our Master Program in Chocolate Making.
Our next stop, is Michigan, to train at Mindo Chocolate.
