May 7, 2017: We’re pleased and delighted to announce that we are open! Book tours and chocolate making classes (we book several weeks out, so do plan ahead), or stop in during visiting hours, 12-5pm Tuesday-Friday.
Stop in to meet founder, Debbie Williamson, as she works on her new chocolate recipes, and make sure to reserve a spot in an upcoming chocolate making class asap!
Remember, our primary offerings are our LIVE Chocolate Making Class (called Build a Bar workshops), and spots fill quickly. Classes are small to maximize our ability to spend time with each of you and to make sure you get quality instruction with plenty of time to ask questions.
Classes are suitable for anyone who loves chocolate, and no experience is required. We’d be delighted to introduce you to the benefits of quality dark bean to bar chocolate, made right here on island.
